Lucia Rossi serves as Executive Director and Head of Partnerships at ClockedIn. A youth leader, aspiring healthcare professional, and entrepreneur, she co-founded the organization after recognizing a major gap in workforce preparation: teenagers are often taught how to obtain their first jobs, but rarely how to understand and protect their rights once they begin working. Drawing on her experience as a karate instructor, lifeguard, and healthcare intern, Lucia is committed to helping young workers enter the workplace informed and confident.

Aditya Hariharan serves as Operations Director and Director of Education at ClockedIn. A youth advocate, entrepreneur, and community leader, he co-founded ClockedIn after identifying a critical gap in first-job preparation: young people are frequently taught how to get hired, but not how to understand their rights once they begin working. Having worked as a karate instructor since age fourteen, Aditya brings firsthand insight into the experiences of young employees and a strong commitment to fair pay, safe conditions, and respectful treatment.

Veda Murugarajapandian serves as Creative Director and Head of Communications at ClockedIn. A youth advocate, student leader, and community organizer, she joined the organization with a commitment to making employment-rights information accessible and engaging for teenagers. Through youth-led initiatives, Veda has developed a strong understanding of the challenges young people face and the importance of clear resources that help them navigate the workplace confidently.
