Accessibility

ClockedIn is built for young workers — and that means it should work for everyone, regardless of ability or device.

Our commitment

We design ClockedIn to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA wherever possible. We treat accessibility as part of usability, not an afterthought.

Features you can count on

  • Keyboard navigation across menus, forms, and interactive elements.
  • Visible focus outlines so you always know where you are on the page.
  • High-contrast color pairings and legible, readable type sizes.
  • Clearly labeled form fields and meaningful error messages.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some third-party linked sites and downloadable resources are beyond our direct control, and we are continuously reviewing and improving our content. If you find a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.

Reporting an issue

If something on ClockedIn is hard to use or prevents you from getting information, please reach out through our Contact page. Include the page or feature, and a brief description of what you experienced. We take every report seriously.

Third-party content

Where we link to government agencies, legal aid organizations, or other tools, we choose accessible sources when we can. Those sites maintain their own accessibility commitments.
